WEEKLY TRAINING SESSIONS

TUESDAY LOOPS

 

Details: A social run with options of a 6km and 10km loop with a no one gets left behind policy

Where: Woodgrove carpark in front of Coles 

When: 7pm 

WEDNESDAY TRACK NIGHT

Details: Specialised coaching with a qualified recreational running coach. Starting with a warm-up  

and activations before the main session begins, these sessions  focus predominantly on speed work

in order to increase vo2 max, speed and endurance. 

Where: Bridge Road Athletics Track

When: 7pm


THURSDAY TRAILS 

Details: MCR hit the local trails and explore

Where: Rotating around various local trail hotspots with a Facebook post going up midweek announcing location.

When: 7pm 


SATURDAY TOOLERN CREEK PARKRUN

Details: A free social 5km timed event for all fitness levels.

Where: Bridge Road Athletics Track

When: 8am
